WHAT IS A DOULA?
A Doula is your non-medical support person. Someone that is a support for your prenatal care, birth, postpartum care and baby's care up to six weeks. A Doula offers educational, emotional, and physical support throughout your journey.
WHAT TYPE OF BIRTH DO YOU SUPPORT?
We will support all births that are assisted by Doctor or Midwife. We support hospital births, home births, birthing center births, planned and emergency cesarean births as well.
DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?
At this time, we do not accept insurance. We do accept payments via cash, card, check, electronic transfer. FSA/HSA payments are an option. We do offer payment plans at all times and will occasionally offer services based on a sliding scale.
WHEN SHOULD I HIRE A DOULA ?
In the perfect circumstance you should look prior to becoming pregnant. However, in most cases you can hire a doula at anytime. It really depends on your needs and resources, It is encouraged that you consult and secure a Doula early on in the pregnancy.

WHAT IS LAYING OF THE HANDS -ENERGY HEALING?
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Energy Healing with the laying of hands is a traditional spiritual practice rooted in African American tradition. This method involves channeling divine energy, ancestors’ blessings, and natural forces to promote healing, protection, and spiritual balance.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A SESSION?
During a session, you will either sit or lie down while the practitioner works with prayer, hands-on energy transfer, and possibly herbal or rootwork elements. You may feel warmth, tingling, a sense of release, or deep relaxation as spiritual forces move through you.
CAN THIS SERVICE BE DONE REMOTELY?
HOW DO I PREPARE FOR THE SESSION?
Yes, spiritual energy is not confined by space. Distance healing can be performed through prayer, candle work, and energy transmission, allowing the recipient to receive the benefits wherever they are.
It’s helpful to come with an open heart and clear intention. You may be asked to take a spiritual bath or avoid certain foods before the session to ensure your energy is receptive to the work.
The practitioner calls upon ancestral spirits, personal gifts, and sacred prayers while placing their hands on or just above the recipient’s body. Herbs, oils, and spiritual tools may also be used to enhance the healing work, breaking negative energies and restoring harmony.
